RAWALPINDI: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested a fake inspector for threatening a school principal in Sadiq Abad area of Rawalpindi.
Sources said that the school management lodged a complaint with local police that the suspect identified as Jameel Abbasi – resident of Gujjar Khan and claiming himself as an FIA inspector – gave threats to the school’s principal, interfered in his work and also blackmailed him.
FIA personnel conducted a raid and apprehended the suspect from Sadiq Abad. During the preliminary investigation, Abbasi confessed to the charges laid against him. The investigation is still underway.
