KHAIRPUR: Three accused were declared as proclaimed offenders by local Court on Saturday which ordered seizure of their property. 3rd Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Khairpur Wazir Ali Bohiyo during hearing, ordered seizure of property of accused Muhammad Atif Sohu, Ghulam Mujtaba Phanwer and Rafiullah Memon. They were declared proclaimed offenders for not appearing before for long time and court took action Under Section 88 against them.
