ISLAMABAD: Voicing dismay over the inquiry committee instituted by the government to probe news leak issue, Opposition leader in National Assembly Syed Khurshid Shah on Tuesday said, “The formation of the committee is nothing more than an eye-wash.”
Talking to media, he said, “The government would have demanded the names from the opposition parties, if it had been serious, adding, Why does the government take up step that give rise to questions?”
He pointed out that daughter of Justice (r) Aamer Raza is working as vice principal at Sharif College. “No political party will accept the present judicial commission,’ he said. “The people in the federal government are involved in the security leaks,” he claimed.
