MASSACHUSETTS – Pakistan’s Permanent Representative at United Nations Maleeha Lodhi has emphasised that relations with India on equal status is vital for regional peace.
While speaking at Harvard University, she said that good relations between Pakistan and India were key to regional peace including Afghanistan. She said that Pakistan relations with USA were crucial for regional peace. She said that Pakistan had played a key role in reducing the cold war between US and China.
Maleeha said that Pakistan has devised a good foreign policy while keeping the foremost agenda to maintain peace in the region and at the international level. She said that our outmost challenge is fight against the terrorist and to put Pakistan’s economy on the right path.
The envoy termed the Pakistan China Economic China Corridor project as the game changer for the Pakistan’s economy and development.
