SRINAGAR: Expressing serious concern over the mysterious disappearance of a youth Zubair Ahmad Turey of Shopian ‘during police
custody’, Ali Shah Geelani has urged for his immediate recovery.

ncaring approach and enigmatic silence’ of police authorities, Geelani said, “It is unbearable.”
Meanwhile, the Hurriyat spokesman in a statement today said “ICDS workers, SPOs and agencies sponsored NGOs have been asked to attend public meetings being organized by PDP.”

“Just like National Conference, PDP too has lost its ground and faith and their party credentials and symbol stand on the verge of extinction and as such are very desperate to revive their existence,” the spokesman said.
He said “Despite complete submission by PDP cadres, the Jan Sangh leadership doesn’t trust them and they doubt their credibility and credentials. PDP is a confusing lot. They are hiring and deploying all its machinery to make its show a success. They have asked all NGOs and ICDS work
